Constructed of hand woven tapestry, pieced fabrics, machine stitching and hand embroidery, Susan Hill’s fiber collages are one-of-a-kind works of art, designed and produced entirely in her Kansas City studio. Each piece reflects a glimpse of nature and observation from everyday life, often drawn from the stories, colors and patterns found in her own backyard. Her inspiration can be found in the abstract themes of her collages and rich tapestries, whether it’s nature, gardening, food or travel.

Much of Susan Hill’s work is commissioned. Custom sizes and site-specific commissions are welcome. Please contact her if you are interested in having her design a piece for your space. Prices range from $1000 - $5000 (and potentially more, depending on size and scope of commission). All pieces are professionally framed with Tru Vue Museum Glass. Completed work can be crated and shipped through UPS.
